  • I was introduced to Abbey for personal training and haven’t looked back. She has been an inspiration and motivator since Day 1. We have progressed to 3-4 weight sessions a week plus Pilates and I now take photos of my meals and send them to Abbey daily to ensure I am accountable. I have lost 12kgs since joining, along with my measurements decreasing.
