Online Coaching is for any individual who is looking to improve their lifestyle through health, fitness and training. It involves a Individualised training program with video instructions. Nutrition coaching and guidance. Health and lifestyle coaching and also movement coaching. If you are looking to improve your strength, body composition and health this is perfect for you. You no longer need to be located in my local area to be able to access my services.
A 12 week program designed to kick start your habits and get you leaner, fitter and stronger. It includes: a 3/4/5 day gym program, individualised diet assessment, fortnightly check-ins, unlimited support, training videos, technique coaching and correction.
Abbey-Rose has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Abbey’s focus is educating individuals to improve their quality of life by moving better, changing habits and having a healthy relationship with food for long term success. Abbey-Rose understands the importance of exercise in disease prevention and management, mindset, and improving confidence in their bodies and themselves. Abbey offers a variety of services including face to face, online, and nutrition coaching. Each service is individually tailored with a specific focus on improving movement quality and education, nutrition, sleep, stress management and improved body composition.

I was introduced to Abbey for personal training and haven’t looked back. She has been an inspiration and motivator since Day 1. We have progressed to 3-4 weight sessions a week plus Pilates and I now take photos of my meals and send them to Abbey daily to ensure I am accountable. I have lost 12kgs since joining, along with my measurements decreasing.
Abbey not only helped me to lose weight, she basically changed my life. I now have a healthier relationship with food, I don't feel worried about going to the gym and I feel the fittest I have ever been. She never made me feel guilty for eating 'bad' foods, rather she helped me to understand that eating healthy balanced meals is more important than dieting. With her guidance I now have a better understanding of health and its affects on every aspect of our lives. I don't think I would be where I am physically, or mentally, without Abbey's expertise.
